1. Introduction
At MimiSquishy we are committed to getting your squishies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier conditions and customs processing times.

We ship to most countries worldwide including but not limited to:

- Most European countries
If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us at contact@mimisquishy.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $34.99 to eligible destinations. The free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Every MimiSquishy order comes with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time directly on our website using your order number and email address.
Please note that tracking updates can take 24-72 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
7. Multiple Packages
Depending on the products ordered your order may be shipped in more than one package. This can occur when:
- Products are dispatched from different warehouse locations
- High demand means certain items need to be shipped separately to avoid delays
- Your order contains a large number of items
If your order is split into multiple packages you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. All tracking numbers will be sent to your email address.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
MimiSquishy ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
Please note:
- Customs fees and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We are unable to predict or guarantee the exact amount of any customs charges
- Refusing a package due to customs fees does not entitle you to a refund of the original order
UK customers: Orders may be subject to UK import VAT. Orders under £135 are typically subject to VAT only with no additional customs duties.
US customers: Orders under $800 are generally exempt from import duties under the US de minimis threshold.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees in your country.
9. Delivery Issues
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe If your order has not arrived within 17 business days of your shipping confirmation please contact us at contact@mimisquishy.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my order Please check around your property, with your neighbours and for any delivery attempt cards. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days Tracking updates can sometimes pause during international transit — this is normal and does not mean your package is lost. If there has been no movement for more than 10 business days please contact us and we will look into it.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier we will offer you a full replacement or a full refund at your choice. Please note that carrier investigations can take 5-7 business days to complete.
MimiSquishy is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been stolen we recommend filing a report with your local police and contacting the carrier directly.
11. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your delivery address please contact us immediately at contact@mimisquishy.com.
If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Any costs incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
12. Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance delays
- National holidays in the country of origin or destination
- Extreme weather conditions
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Global events affecting international shipping
In these cases we will do our best to keep you informed and find a solution. However we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
