1. Our Return Policy

At MimiSquishy we want you to love every squeeze. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused and unopened condition
  • In its original packaging, undamaged and intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, used or squeezed
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Customised or personalised items

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mimisquishy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the item and its condition
  • A brief description of the issue

In these cases we will offer you at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement sent at no additional cost to you

You will not be required to return the item in cases of damage or defect — we may ask you to dispose of it safely.


4. Zero Bounce Back Notice

Please note that some of our squishies are Zero Bounce Back — meaning they will not fully return to their original shape after squeezing. This characteristic is clearly indicated on each relevant product page and is not considered a defect. Items purchased with full knowledge of this characteristic are not eligible for return on these grounds.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact us at contact@mimisquishy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2 — Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and our return address. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please contact us at contact@mimisquishy.com.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund please contact us at contact@mimisquishy.com and we will investigate immediately.


9. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The 30-day return window has passed
  • The item has been opened, used or shows signs of handling
  • The item was damaged due to misuse, excessive force, exposure to heat or sharp objects
  • The return was not pre-authorised by our team
  • The item was a final sale or promotional item clearly marked as non-returnable

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law. If you are based in the United Kingdom your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are based in the European Union your rights are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you are based in the United States your rights vary by state.

In the event of any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
